Anchor piece nut fastening tool for fixing insulation panel in LNG cargo

The present invention provides an anchor piece nut coupling tool for fixing an insulation panel of a liquefied natural gas cargo hold. The coupling tool comprises: a fixture rod wherein screw threads are formed on a circumferential surface of an area of one end thereof, and the other end thereof is coupled an end surface of a lower side of an anchor rod; a locking wrench having a nut fixing groove into which an anchor piece nut is inserted, a first hole through which the fixture rod is inserted, and a plurality of handle fixing grooves formed on a circumferential surface thereof; a fixture body having a cavity of an inner diameter accommodating the locking wrench therein and allowing a circumferential surface of an anchor support cap to be inserted and coupled thereto, a continuous open groove of a predesignated length formed on a circumferential surface thereof to expose the handle fixing grooves to the outside, and a second hole through which the fixture rod is inserted; and a fixture locking nut having a third hole exposed by penetrating the fixture body to allow the fixture rod to be inserted therethrough, and screw threads formed on an inner circumferential surface of the third hole to be coupled to the screw threads formed on the circumferential surface of the fixture rod.

액화 천연가스 화물창의 인슐레이션 패널 고정을 위한 앵커 피스 너트 체결 공구가 제공된다. 체결 공구는, 일 단부 영역의 둘레면에 나사산이 형성되고, 타 단부가 앵커 로드의 하측 단부면에 결합되는 픽스쳐 로드; 앵커 피스 너트가 끼워지는 너트 고정홈과, 상기 픽스쳐 로드가 관통 삽입되는 제1 홀이 형성되며, 둘레면에 복수개의 핸들 고정홈이 형성된 로킹 렌치; 상기 로킹 렌치를 내부에 수용되고 앵커 서포트 캡의 둘레면이 끼움 결합되는 내경의 공동(空洞)이 형성되고, 둘레면에 상기 핸들 고정홈이 외부로 노출되도록 하는 미리 지정된 길이의 연속된 개방홈이 형성되며, 상기 픽스쳐 로드가 관통 삽입되는 제2 홀이 형성된 픽스쳐 바디; 및 상기 픽스쳐 바디를 관통하여 노출된 상기 픽스쳐 로드를 관통 삽입하기 위한 제3 홀이 형성되고, 상기 제3 홀의 내측 둘레면에는 상기 픽스쳐 로드의 둘레면에 형성된 나사산에 체결되기 위한 나사산이 형성된 픽스쳐 로킹 너트를 포함한다.
