Disclosed is a headrest for a vehicle, reducing generation of wrinkles generated on a front cover of the headrest in a case of wing-out operation. The headrest for a vehicle comprises: an inner extension unit of which one end is attached to an inner surface of the front cover coming in contact with a head of a passenger; an elastic member of which one end is connected to the other end of the inner extension unit; and a driving unit connected to the other end of the elastic member and enabling the extension member to be extended backward.
