The present invention relates to a multifunctional nonwoven composite which is capable of effectively absorbing and insulating noise from the traveling of a vehicle, such as engine sound, wind noise, and friction sound from a road surface and is applicable to interior materials requiring excellent sound absorption performance and dimensional stability (stiffness). To achieve this, the multifunctional nonwoven composite comprises: a surface nonwoven layer; and a lower nonwoven layer (sound absorption and insulation layer) including two or more materials among PET, recycled PET, hollow PET, PP, low melting point PET, high melting point PET, and reforming PET. The surface nonwoven layer and the lower nonwoven layer are joined together through needle punching.

    본 발명은 차량의 엔진음, 풍절음, 도로 노면과의 마찰음등 자동차 운행 시 발생되는 소음을 효과적으로 흡수 및 차단할 수 있는 고흡음성능 및 형태안정성(강연도)이 필요한 내장재 등에 적용되는 부직포 복합재에 관한 것으로, 표면층 부직포와, PET, 재생PET, 중공 PET, PP, 저융점 PET, 고융점 PET, 개질 PET 중 둘 이상의 소재를 포함하는 하부층(흡차음층) 부직포로 이루어지며, 상기 표면층과 하부층은 니들 펀칭으로 결합된 것을 특징으로 한다.
