To provide an inverter structure that is advantageous to ensure an electromagnetic compatibility.SOLUTION: An inverter structure includes an electric-vehicle inverter device 11 equipped with a high-voltage component 30 and a low-voltage component 32 that are arranged in the up-down direction, and a junction box 12 (another electric device) that is directly attached to the upper surface, in the up-down direction, of the inverter device 11. The high-voltage component 30 and the junction box 12 are electrically connected via a bus bar 42a. The low-voltage component 32 is disposed opposite to the junction box 12 via the high-voltage component 30 disposed therebetween.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
