To provide a patrol route for enabling a movement corresponding to significance of an inspection point.SOLUTION: A first setting section 20C sets first way points being a necessary route point of a mobile body 40 in a virtual space where a virtual model is located. A second setting section 20D sets one or more second way points in the periphery of the first way point. A local patrol route generation section 20E generates a local patrol route which passes the first way point and the second way points in the periphery of the first way point for each one of the first way points. A global patrol route generation section 20F sets one or more third way points at positions away from a front surface of the virtual model by a predetermined distance, so as to generate a global patrol route passing the third way points. A patrol route generation section 20G generates a patrol route obtained by inserting the local patrol route to the global patrol route.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

【課題】点検箇所の重要性に応じた移動の可能な巡回ルートを提供する。【解決手段】第１設定部２０Ｃは、仮想モデルの配置された仮想空間に移動体４０の必須経由ポイントである第１ウェイポイントを設定する。第２設定部２０Ｄは、第１ウェイポイントの周辺に１以上の第２ウェイポイントを設定する。局所的巡回ルート生成部２０Ｅは、第１ウェイポイントごとに、第１ウェイポイントおよび第１ウェイポイントの周囲の第２ウェイポイントを経由する局所的巡回ルートを生成する。大局的巡回ルート生成部２０Ｆは、仮想モデルの表面から所定距離離れた位置に１以上の第３ウェイポイントを設定し、第３ウェイポイントを経由する大局的巡回ルートを生成する。巡回ルート生成部２０Ｇは、大局的巡回ルートに局所的巡回ルートを挿入した巡回ルートを生成する。【選択図】図１
