To provide a railroad system capable of identifying a railroad facility to be preferentially inspected when grasping an abnormal appearance of a railroad vehicle and efficiently and effectively performing maintenance and inspection, a railroad information management device, a railroad inspection support method, and a railroad inspection support program.SOLUTION: A railroad system 100 includes a vehicle appearance inspection device 3 for acquiring appearance inspection information obtained by appearance inspection of a railroad vehicle 7 and a railroad information management device 5 for acquiring the appearance inspection information and route information through which the railroad vehicle 7 has traveled and generating a traveling route screen 9 showing the route through which the railroad vehicle 7 having an abnormal appearance has traveled based on the acquired route information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 16
