To impose restrictions on authentication using radio communication with a simple configuration.SOLUTION: A control apparatus includes: a radio communication unit which establishes radio communication with an authentication apparatus; a storage unit which stores authentication information indicating authenticity of the control apparatus to be used by the authentication apparatus for authenticating the control apparatus, and use restriction information different from the authentication information; and a control unit which controls at least the radio communication unit transmitting the authentication information.
