To improve the reliability of elevators.SOLUTION: There is provided a remote monitoring support device which detects that a call request of the intercom in the basket has been operated (S401), generates, when detected, a call request notification including the identification information of the elevator on which the call request is operated (S402), sends the generated call request notification to the management server computer via the public voice network or the Internet (S403), and makes a call to the telephone of the predetermined call destination via the public voice network or the Internet (S404) after sending the call request notification to the management server computer. In this way, when the intercom is operated, the management server computer is notified of which elevator the emergency call button was operated before the call is made from the intercom. As a result, it is possible to reliably inform the operator that there is a request for a direct telephone call, that is, a call.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4

【課題】エレベーターに対する信頼性の向上を図ること。【解決手段】カゴ内のインターフォンの通話要求の操作がされたことを検出し（Ｓ４０１）、検出した場合に、当該通話要求の操作がされたエレベーターの識別情報を含む通話要求通知を生成し（Ｓ４０２）、生成した通話要求通知を公衆音声網またはインターネットを介して管理サーバコンピュータに送信し（Ｓ４０３）、通話要求通知を管理サーバコンピュータに送信した後に、公衆音声網またはインターネットを介して所定の架電先の電話機への架電をおこなう（Ｓ４０４）。このように、インターフォンが操作された場合は、インターフォンから架電される前に、管理サーバコンピュータに対して、どこのエレベーターで非常通話ボタンが操作されたについて報知される。これにより、利用者がオペレーターに直話通話したい要求すなわち架電があることを確実に案内することができる。【選択図】図４
