To solve the problem that accuracy of temperature control is insufficient in a conventional heater system.SOLUTION: A heater system comprises a heater control unit which controls power to be given to a heater in such a manner that a detected temperature value Tdet obtained from a temperature detection element is closer to a temperature setting value Tset. The heater control unit sets an initial target temperature setting value Tini indicating a temperature higher than a target temperature setting value Ttgt as the temperature setting value Tset, supplies power to the heater until the detected temperature value Tdet reaches the initial target temperature setting value Tini, supplies power to the heater while reducing the temperature setting value Tset in such a manner that a temperature detected as the detected temperature value Tdet is reduced with the lapse of time after the detected temperature value Tdet reaches the initial target temperature setting value Tini, and supplies power to the heater in accordance with the target temperature setting value Ttgt after the temperature setting value Tset is matched to the target temperature setting value Ttgt.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5

【課題】従来のヒーターシステムでは、温度制御の精度が不十分である問題があった。【解決手段】本発明のヒーターシステムは、温度検出素子から得られる検出温度値Ｔｄｅｔが温度設定値Ｔｓｅｔに近づくようにヒーターに与える電力を制御するヒーター制御部を有し、ヒーター制御部が、目標温度設定値Ｔｔｇｔよりも高い温度を示す初期目標温度設定値Ｔｉｎｉを温度設定値Ｔｓｅｔとして設定し、初期目標温度設定値Ｔｉｎｉに検出温度値Ｔｄｅｔが達するまでヒーターに電力を供給し、検出温度値Ｔｄｅｔが初期目標温度設定値Ｔｉｎｉに達した後に検出温度値Ｔｄｅｔとして検出される温度が時間とともに低下するように温度設定値Ｔｓｅｔを低下させながらヒーターに電力を供給し、温度設定値Ｔｓｅｔが目標温度設定値Ｔｔｇｔに一致した後は目標温度設定値Ｔｔｇｔに従ってヒーターに電力を供給する。【選択図】図５
