To efficiently update a program.SOLUTION: A control system (10A) comprises: a first control device (13) that has a main storage area and a sub-storage area and executes a program stored in the main storage area; a second control device (14) that does not have a sub-storage area but has a main storage area and executes a program stored in the main storage area; a program storage unit (129b) that temporarily stores an acquired program; a program acquisition unit (126) that preferentially acquires a first program stored in the first control device to store this program into a program storage unit and that, when the first program is stored from the program storage unit to the sub-storage area of the control device, acquires a program stored in the second control device to store this program into the program storage unit; and an update unit (127) that stores the second program stored in the program storage unit into the main storage area of the second control device and switches the main storage area of the first control device to the sub-storage area.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

【課題】プログラムの更新の効率化を図る。【解決手段】制御システム（１０Ａ）は、主記憶領域及び副記憶領域を有し、主記憶領域に記憶されるプログラムを実行する第１の制御装置（１３）と、副記憶領域を備えず、主記憶領域を有し、主記憶領域に記憶されるプログラムを実行する第２の制御装置（１４）と、取得したプログラムを一時的に記憶するプログラム記憶部（１２９ｂ）と、第１の制御装置で記憶される第１のプログラムを優先して取得してプログラム記憶部に記憶させ、第１のプログラムがプログラム記憶部から第１の制御装置の副記憶領域に記憶されると、第２の制御装置で記憶されるプログラムを取得してプログラム記憶部に記憶させるプログラム取得部（１２６）と、プログラム記憶部に記憶された第２のプログラムを第２の制御装置の主記憶領域に記憶させ、第１の制御装置の主記憶領域と副記憶領域を切り替える更新部（１２７）とを備える。【選択図】図２
