To make it possible to perform a signal control equivalent to a predetermined signal control method in real time even by a device having a not so high processing capability.SOLUTION: A control unit 12 of a traffic management device 3 causes a deep learning model to perform learning using learning information obtained by combining traffic condition information for a predetermined period and a signal control parameter generated by a predetermined signal control method based on traffic condition information, and constructs a deep learning model in which a signal control method is learned. Then the control unit executes the deep learning model that has learned the signal control method while using latest traffic condition information of a target area collected by a vehicle sensor 1 as input information, and the control unit acquires a signal control parameter as output information.     【課題】所定の信号制御方式と同等の信号制御を、処理能力のあまり高くない装置でもリアルタイムに行うことができるようにする。【解決手段】交通管理装置3の制御部12が、所定期間の交通状況情報と、この交通状況情報に基づいて所定の信号制御方式により生成した信号制御パラメータとを組み合わせた学習情報を用いて、深層学習モデルに学習を行わせて、信号制御方式を学習した深層学習モデルを構築する。そして、制御部が、車両感知器1で収集した対象エリアの最新の交通状況情報を入力情報として、信号制御方式を学習した深層学習モデルを実行して、出力情報として信号制御パラメータを取得する。特に、制御部は、信号制御方式として一括最適化制御を学習した深層学習モデルを構築する。【選択図】図2
