A rail 40 extends in an X-axis direction. A slave truck 14 comprises a plurality of wheel units travelling on the rail 40 and is movable with the cargo 12 loaded in the X-axis direction. A control section is controlled in a manner operating the slave truck 14 and storing the cargo therein. A shield wall 32 can shield a prescribed area by a movement in a height direction. The rail 40 is provided with a spacing in an area where the shield wall 32 passes through when shielded by the side wall 32.
