To provide an information display device, an information display system, an information display method and an information display program which can confirm the traffic flow on the road in the travelling direction even when it is not provided as congestion information.SOLUTION: An information display device 1 includes an own vehicle information specification unit 21, an information acquisition unit 24 and a display control unit 25. The own vehicle information specification unit 21 specifies the current position and the travelling direction of an own vehicle. The information acquisition unit 24 acquires video information recorded by another vehicle in a section where a vehicle which is travelling on a travelling road in the travelling direction from the current position is travelling so as to avoid an obstacle. 【課題】渋滞情報として提供されていなくとも、進行方向の道路における交通の流れを確認することができる情報表示装置、情報表示システム、情報表示方法および情報表示プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】情報表示装置１は、自車情報特定部２１、情報取得部２４および表示制御部２５を備える。自車情報特定部２１は、自車両の現在位置および進行方向を特定する。情報取得部２４は、現在位置から進行方向にあたる走行路を走行している車両が障害物を回避するように走行している区間の他車両が撮影した映像情報を取得する。表示制御部２５は、情報取得部２４が取得した映像情報を地図に対応付けて表示させる。【選択図】図４
