To provide a safety apparatus that prevents a positional relationship between a moving body and an obstacle from becoming unrecognizable.SOLUTION: A folk lift is mounted with a safety apparatus. The safety apparatus comprises two imaging apparatuses and an image processing apparatus. Each imaging apparatus is a stereo camera. The imaging apparatus is arranged such that an uppermost side of a vertical field angle is above a horizontal surface. The image processing apparatus calculates a position of an obstacle based on an image captured by the imaging apparatus. The image processing apparatus assumes the position of the obstacle when the obstacle is not captured by the imaging apparatus.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】移動体と障害物との位置関係が把握不能になることを抑止すること。【解決手段】フォークリフトには、安全装置が搭載されている。安全装置は、２つの撮像装置と、画像処理装置と、を備える。各撮像装置はステレオカメラである。撮像装置は、垂直画角の最も上側が水平面よりも上となるように配置されている。画像処理装置は、撮像装置によって撮像された画像から、障害物の位置を算出する。画像処理装置は、撮像装置によって障害物が撮像されなくなった場合、障害物の位置を推定する。【選択図】図３
