To provide a handlebar lock device of a saddle-riding type vehicle which enables a lock mechanism part and a wireless communication part to be integrally formed to achieve optimization of an arrangement position and improvement of convenience.SOLUTION: A lock mechanism part 50 having a lock pin 51 which is driven by an actuator is disposed at a position located behind a head tube 11 and between an upper frame 12 and a lower frame 13 which extend from the head tube 11 to the vehicle body rear side. A wireless communication part for performing wireless communication with a portable wireless key is integrally provided at the lock mechanism part 50. The protruding pin 51 protruding from the lock mechanism part 50 passes through a through hole 11a provided at the head tube 11 to engage with a steering stem 34 and prohibit swing action of a front wheel steering mechanism. The lock mechanism part 50 is supported by a pair of left and right stay members extending from a position located close to the lateral side of the head tube 11 to the vehicle body rear side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】ロック機構部と無線通信部とを一体に形成して配設位置の最適化および利便性の向上を図ることができる鞍乗型車両のハンドルロック装置を提供する。【解決手段】アクチュエータで駆動するロックピン51を有するロック機構部50を、ヘッドパイプ11の後方で、かつ、ヘッドパイプ11から車体後方に延びる上側フレーム12および下側フレーム13の間の位置に配設する。ロック機構部50に、携帯無線キーとの間で無線通信を行う無線通信部を一体に設ける。ロック機構部50から突出するロックピン51が、ヘッドパイプ11に設けられた貫通孔11aを通ってステアリングステム34に係合することで、前輪操舵機構の揺動動作が禁止される。ロック機構部50を、ヘッドパイプ11の側方寄りの位置から車体後方に延びる左右一対のステー部材で支持する。【選択図】図4
