PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the rapid identification of the presence or absence of damage caused by a lightning stroke, when an aircraft suffers the lightning stroke.SOLUTION: A lightning stroke detection system according to an embodiment includes a current probe for detecting that an aircraft is struck by lightning, a damage detection system, and an activation circuit. The damage detection system detects damage to a structural member constituting the aircraft. When the lightning is detected by using the current probe, the activation circuit activates the damage detection system. In addition, the aircraft according to the embodiment is equipped with the lightning stroke detection system.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】航空機が雷撃を受けた場合に雷撃による損傷の有無を速やかに特定できるようにすることである。【解決手段】実施形態に係る雷撃検知システムは、航空機への落雷を検知するための電流プローブ、損傷検知システム及び起動回路を有する。損傷検知システムは、前記航空機を構成する構造部材の損傷を検知する。起動回路は、前記電流プローブを用いて前記落雷が検知された場合に前記損傷検知システムを起動させる。また、実施形態に係る航空機は、前記雷撃検知システムを搭載したものである。【選択図】 図１
