PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension device which enables reduction of a pressure of a gas enclosed therein without reducing a repulsive force.SOLUTION: A suspension device includes: a rod member (51) which may move relative to an inner tube (31) in an axial direction; a piston (52) which is fixed to the rod member (51), slides along the axial direction on an inner peripheral surface of the inner tube (31), and divides an interior space of the inner tube (31) into an inner chamber (R2) and a balance chamber (R1); and a rod guide (56) which is fixed to the inner tube (31) and divides the interior space of the inner tube (31) into the balance chamber (R1) and an outer chamber (R3).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
