PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device of an engine with a supercharger which enables a radiator for an intercooler to be compactly disposed around a radiator for an engine without deteriorating cooling performance of the radiator for the engine and the radiator for the intercooler.SOLUTION: An cooling device of an engine with a supercharger includes: a radiator for an engine which cools an engine coolant discharged from an engine body; a liquid cooling type intercooler which cools intake air compressed by a supercharger; and a radiator for the intercooler which cools an intercooler coolant discharged from the intercooler. The radiator for the intercooler includes: a first radiator which is formed integrally with a lower end part of the radiator for the engine immediately below the radiator for the engine; and a second radiator disposed at a position in front of the first radiator in a vehicle fore and aft direction and below the radiator for the engine and to which the intercooler coolant is introduced from the first radiator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
