PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a diaphragm of a reservoir tank that suppresses a plane part from deforming to be folded back when filling operating fluid thereinto while vacuuming a hydraulic path and allows the plane part to automatically return to an original shape after filling the operating liquid.SOLUTION: A diaphragm comprises a flange part at an outer end which is placed at an upper opening edge of a reservoir main body, a bellows part provided inside the flange part, and a plane part, extended inside a lower end of the bellows part, which follows change of fluid level of operating fluid. The plane part is formed upward with a wall thickness thicker than the wall thickness of the bellows part, a boundary part between the bellow part and the plane part is formed in a circular arc shape recessed upward, and the boundary part is formed to have the same wall thickness as the wall thickness of the bellows part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

【課題】油圧経路を真空引きしながら作動液を充填する際に、平面部が変形して折れ曲がることを抑制し、作動液充填後に元の形状に自動的に復帰するリザーバタンクのダイヤフラムを提供する。【解決手段】ダイヤフラムは、リザーバ本体の上部開口縁に載置される外端のフランジ部と、フランジ部の内側に設けられる蛇腹部と、蛇腹部の下端内側に延設され、作動液の液面の変化に追従する平面部とを備える。平面部を上方に向けて蛇腹部よりも肉厚に形成し、蛇腹部と平面部との境界部を上方に向けて凹となる円弧状に形成するとともに、境界部を蛇腹部と同一の肉厚に形成する。【選択図】図１
