PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide multilayer polymeric films which may be useful for protecting leading edges of aircraft from rain and sand erosion.SOLUTION: A surface protection film comprises two or more layers of a first material alternating with one or more layers of a second material. The first and second materials are different materials. The first and second materials comprise first and second polyurethane polymers. The first and second materials have first and second Shore hardnesses. The first Shore hardness is greater than the second Shore hardness by more than 5A or more typically more than 10A. Adjacent layers of the first and second materials are preferably in intimate contact, and further preferably linked by covalent bonds. The first and second polymers are preferably the same polymer, and preferably differ in the amounts of fillers contained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

【課題】航空機の前端を雨食及び砂食から保護するために有用であり得る、多層ポリマーフィルムを提示する。【解決手段】１層以上の第２の材料と交互に積層された２層以上の第１の材料を含み、第１及び第２の材料が異なる材料であり、第１及び第２の材料が第１及び第２のポリウレタンポリマーを含み、第１及び第２の材料が第１及び第２のショア硬度を有し、第１のショア硬度が第２のショア硬度よりも高くてその差が５Ａ、又はより典型的には１０Ａを上回る、表面保護フィルム。隣接する第１と第２との材料層が密着状態にあることが好ましく、両材層が共有結合で結合されていることがより好ましい、表面保護フィルム。前記第１と第２のポリマーが同一のポリマーであることが好ましく、含まれる充填剤の量において異なることが好ましい、表面保護フィルム。【選択図】図１
