PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a probe information generation program for generating probe information to generate traffic information while protecting the privacy of a driver.SOLUTION: A probe information generation program allows a computer to function as: a probe information acquisition section for acquiring first probe information including at least a vehicle position and information of time when the vehicle passes the position; a passage time determination section for determining time when a vehicle passes a link end point neighborhood position being the position inside an area including a link end point and the neighborhood of the link end point on the basis of road data including at least the position information of the link end point, and also the first probe information acquired by the probe information acquisition section; and a probe information generation section for generating second probe information on the basis of a link end point neighborhood position and the time determined by the passage time determination section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2

【課題】ドライバーのプライバシーを保護しつつ、交通情報を生成するためのプローブ情報を作成するためのプローブ情報作成プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】プローブ情報作成プログラムは、車両の位置および当該位置を通過する時刻の情報を少なくとも含む第１のプローブ情報を取得するプローブ情報取得部と、リンク端点の位置の情報を少なくとも含む道路データとプローブ情報取得部が取得した第１のプローブ情報とに基づいて、リンク端点およびリンク端点の近傍を含むエリア内の位置であるリンク端点近傍位置を車両が通過する時刻を決定する通過時刻決定部と、リンク端点近傍位置と通過時刻決定部が決定した時刻とに基づいて、第２のプローブ情報を作成するプローブ情報作成部としてコンピュータを機能させる。【選択図】図２
