PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle window glass lifting device and a vehicle, which can restrict malfunction when a sunshade is installed.SOLUTION: A vehicle window glass lifting device comprises: a drive mechanism 4, which moves a window glass 3; a control part 5, which controls the drive mechanism 4; and a camera 7, which takes an image of a detection line 6 disposed along an outer edge of the window glass 3 in a state where a door 2 and the window glass 3 are closed. The control part 5 comprises: a detection part 51, which detects a shielded state where the detection line 6 taken with the camera 7 is shielded by a foreign material; and a pinching prevention part 52, which causes the drive mechanism 4 to prevent pinching by the window glass 3 when the shielded state is detected during lifting of the window glass 3. The detection part 51 comprises: a sunshade installing detection part 51c, which detects installation of the sunshade 100; and a detection range switching part 51d, which switches a range of the detection line 6 that detects the shielded state to a range that is set in advance when the sunshade 100 is installed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】サンシェードを取り付けた際の誤作動を抑制可能な車両用窓ガラス昇降装置及び車両を提供する。【解決手段】窓ガラス３を移動させる駆動機構４と、駆動機構４を制御する制御部５と、ドア２及び窓ガラス３が閉まっている状態において窓ガラス３の外縁に沿って設けられた検出ライン６を撮像するカメラ７と、を備え、制御部５は、カメラ７によって撮像された検出ライン６が異物によって遮蔽された遮蔽状態を検出する検出部５１と、窓ガラス３の移動時に遮蔽状態が検出されたとき、窓ガラス３による挟み込みを防止する動作を駆動機構４に行わせる挟み込み防止部５２とを有し、検出部５１は、サンシェード１００の取り付けを検出するサンシェード取付検出部５１ｃと、サンシェード１００の取り付けを出したとき、遮蔽状態を検出する検出ライン６の範囲を予め設定した範囲に切り替える検出範囲切替部５１ｄとを備えた。【選択図】図１
