PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a vulcanized rubber composition capable of improving on-ice performance and abrasion resistance in a good balance, a vulcanized rubber composition excellent in on-ice performance and abrasion resistance and a studless tire using the same for the constitution of a tread.SOLUTION: There are provided a manufacturing method of a vulcanized rubber composition including a process for preparing a master batch containing butadiene rubber and silica, (b) a process for preparing a master batch containing modified natural rubber and silica, (c) a process for mixing the master batch obtained in (a) and the master batch obtained in (b) and a process for vulcanizing the mixture obtained in (c), where the resulting vulcanized rubber composition has a BR phase and a modified NR phase which are incompatible to each other with abundance ratio α of the silica in the BR phase satisfying 0.3≤α≤0.7 (Formula 1) and ratio β of the butadiene rubber satisfying 0.45≤β≤0.8 (Formula 2), a predetermined vulcanized rubber composition and a studless tire having a tread constituted by the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
