PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balloon kite that observes the sky or the ground or makes an underwater observation using simple and inexpensive instruments such as a camera.SOLUTION: A kite main body 1 is filled with helium gas to obtain buoyant force, various kinds of propellers and rudders are used, and the kite main body 1 is stopped at a point in the sky or is moved using a suspension string 31 in the manner of flying a kite. Observational instruments are loaded on the upper part or the lower part of the kite main body 1, and the movement of the kite main body 1 and the operation of observational instruments are controlled remotely. Motors for driving the various propellers use the electric power generated by a solar panel S or the electric power of a battery.

    【技術課題】 上空或いは地上又は水中観察を簡単で安価な機材を用いてカメラ等により観察する風船凧を得ること。【解決手段】 凧本体1内にヘリウムガスを充填して浮力をつけ、各種のプロペラ及び舵を利用し、かつ吊り糸31を用いて凧揚げの要領で凧本体1を上空のポイントに停止させたり、移動させる。観測機器は、凧本体1の上部又は下部に搭載し、遠隔操作により前記凧本体1の移動や観測機器の操作を行う。また、各種のプロペラの駆動用モーターは、ソーラーパネルSで発生した電力又はバッテリーの電力を利用する。【選択図】図1
