PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a twist beam axle for a vehicle.SOLUTION: From one point of view, the invention relates to a twist beam axle for a vehicle. The twist beam axle includes a twist beam and a reinforcement member. The twist beam has a longitudinal axis and has a concave cross-sectional shape as a whole. The reinforcement member extends in a longitudinal direction, and is connected to the twist beam so as to form a tube-shaped object extending in a longitudinal direction together with the twist beam. The twist beam includes first and second side walls. At least one of the side walls extends to the outside of the tube-shaped object. The tube-shaped object has a section size selected based on a vehicle on which the twist beam axle is to be used.
