PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a leaf spring compressing/fastening device in which downsizing of equipment is possible, the equipment can be easily relocated and moved, and it is possible to improve workability while ensuring the safety of an operator.SOLUTION: A leaf spring compressing/fastening device 10 comprises: a base 1; a lifting device 2 provided in the central part of the base for holding and lifting a rear axle 51 in which a leaf spring 52 is temporarily fastened at a predetermined position through a U bolt (a fastening member) 53; and a cradle 3 erected on four corners of the base, onto which both end parts 521 of the leaf spring are placed. While the lifting device lowers the rear axle, and the leaf spring is compressed in an empty state, the U bolt can be fastened finally. The lifting device 2 lifts the rear axle by a jack mechanism 23 having a screw cylinder 237 which moves vertically inside a case cylinder 231 in accordance with the rotation of a screw shaft 236 connected to a bevel gear 232 in slide-contact with a case bottom face 233.

【課題】設備の小型化が可能で設備の再配置や移動が容易であり、作業者の安全性を担保しつつ作業性を向上できるリーフスプリング圧縮締付装置を提供する。【解決手段】基台１と、当該基台の中央部に配設され所定の位置にリーフスプリング５２がＵボルト（締結部材）５３を介して仮締めされたリヤアクスル５１を保持して昇降させる昇降装置２と、基台の４隅に立設されリーフスプリングの両端部５２１が載置される受台３とを備え、昇降装置がリヤアクスルを下降させてリーフスプリングを空車状態に圧縮させた状態で、Ｕボルトを本締めできるリーフスプリング圧縮締付装置１０である。昇降装置２は、ケース底面２３３に摺接する傘歯車２３２に連結されたねじ軸２３６の回動に従ってケース筒２３１内を上下動するねじ筒２３７を有するジャッキ機構２３によってリヤアクスルを昇降させる。【選択図】図２
