The invention relates to a vehicle seat device comprising at least one vehicle seat having adjustment devices (10', 10", 11", 15', 15", 16", 19') which are designed to adapt adjustment parameters of the vehicle seat (1) to the needs of a person sitting on the vehicle seat (1), wherein at least one adjustment device (10', 10", 11", 15', 15", 16", 19') is assigned at least one sensor (S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, S8) designed to electronically capture a value representing the associated adjustment parameter, wherein at least one electronic data-capture unit (102) is provided which reads out the values representing the associated adjustment parameters from the sensors (S1, S2, S3, S4, S5, S6, S7, S8) or receives said values from said sensors and in this way captures said values as sensor data, and wherein a data-processing unit (104) is provided which receives the sensor data captured by the data-capture unit (102) and creates a profile for another vehicle component on the basis of said captured sensor data. The vehicle seat device is characterised in that in that the data-processing unit (104) creates an activity wish profile for the person sitting on the vehicle seat by deriving an activity wish of the person sitting on the vehicle seat from the seat adjustment said person has made, and in that a control unit (106) is provided which, on the basis of the activity wish profile, controls at least one other vehicle component (200; 202, 204, 206, 208, 210, 212) for adjustment by means of control signals.
