The invention discloses a folding joint locking mechanism which comprises a front joint, a rear joint and a locking mechanism, the front joint is a part of the front section of a frame or a part fixedly connected with the front section of the frame, the rear joint is a part of the rear section of the frame or a part fixedly connected with the rear section of the frame, and the front joint and the rear joint are hinged together through a hinge shaft. The opening and closing device is characterized in that a hole is formed in the side, opposite to the hinged shaft, of the front connector, and the lock sleeve is fixedly arranged in the hole; a hole is formed in one side, opposite to the hinged shaft, of the rear joint; the lock rod seat is fixedly arranged in the hole; the transmission rod is arranged in a hole in the rear frame; the lock rod seat, the lock rod, the transmission rod and the handle are serially arranged together, so that the handle can be arranged at a position convenient to operate, and if the space is appropriate, the transmission rod and the lock rod can be manufactured into a whole.

本发明公开一种折叠接头锁紧机构，包括前接头、后接头和锁紧机构，其中前接头是车架前段的一部分或是与之相固接的部件，后接头是车架后段的一部分或是与之相固接的部件，前接头和后接头用铰轴铰接在一起，以便前接头和后接头之间可以相互转动，以实现接头组的开合动作，其特征是：前接头相对铰轴的一侧设有孔，锁套固设其中；后接头相对铰轴的一侧设有孔，锁杆座固设其中；传动杆设在后车架内部的孔中；锁杆座、锁杆、传动杆、手柄串设在一起，如此手柄可以设置在方便操作的位置,如果空间合适，所述传动杆与锁杆可以制成一体。
