The invention relates to an air-drop system and an air-drop method thereof, and relates to the field of aircrafts. The invention provides an air-drop system. The air-drop system comprises a cabin door, a drop system and a transmission system, a throwing position is arranged at the cabin door; the putting system is arranged opposite to the putting position and is used for supporting goods and guiding the goods when the goods are put; the conveying system is connected with the putting system, a plurality of goods positions used for loading goods are arranged on the conveying system, and the conveying system is used for sequentially conveying the goods to the putting system to be put. By arranging the conveying system and the putting system, the putting system can support goods and guide the goods when the goods are put, so that the air-drop system can realize continuous and orderly putting of multiple goods and multi-point putting of a single piece of goods; and meanwhile, the putting system is used for putting the goods after supporting the goods, and the goods can be guided when the goods are put, so that the putting posture of the goods is ensured, and the putting posture of the goods is stable.
