The invention discloses a control moment gyroscope group with an adjustable frame inclination angle and a device thereof. The control moment gyroscope group with the adjustable frame inclination angle comprises a plurality of same single-frame control moment gyroscopes, and the single-frame control moment gyroscopes are fixedly arranged on a gyroscope bracket; the single-frame control moment gyroscope comprises an outer frame device, an inner frame device and a frame motor system, the outer frame device is connected with the gyroscope support through bolts and nuts, and the inclination angle of the frame can be changed by adjusting the bolts and the nuts. The control moment gyroscope device with the adjustable frame inclination angle comprises a liftable guide rail, a base, a gyroscope bracket and a control moment gyroscope group with the adjustable frame inclination angle, the lifting guide rail is fixedly connected with the base through a screw, and the gyroscope support and the lifting guide rail are tightened and loosened through a T-shaped nut block and a bolt. Based on the device, the influence of different frame inclination angles on the output characteristics of the control moment gyroscope group can be verified. The device has the characteristics of small size and light weight, and is suitable for a microsatellite attitude execution mechanism.

    本发明公开了一种框架倾角可调的控制力矩陀螺群及其装置。框架倾角可调的控制力矩陀螺群包括若干相同的单框架控制力矩陀螺,单框架控制力矩陀螺固定设于陀螺支架上;单框架控制力矩陀螺包括外框架装置,内框架装置和框架电机系统;外框架装置与陀螺支架采用螺栓螺母连接,通过调节螺栓螺母可改变框架倾角。框架倾角可调的控制力矩陀螺装置包括:可升降导轨,底座,陀螺支架和框架倾角可调的控制力矩陀螺群;可升降导轨与底座通过螺钉固定连接,陀螺支架与可升降导轨通过T型螺母块和螺栓实现拧紧和放松。基于本发明装置可以验证不同框架倾角下对控制力矩陀螺群的输出特性的影响。该装置具有体积小,重量轻的特点,适用于微小卫星姿态执行机构。
