    本发明提供一种轮胎花纹设计方法及轮胎花纹和轮胎,轮胎花纹设计方法包括将轮胎行驶面内多个不同节距花纹以纵向主沟为边界分别划分为多个独立区域,多个不同节距花纹对应的独立区域分别包括宽度彼此不同的第一横向沟槽及宽度不变的第二横向沟槽;对多个独立区域分别进行三维建模并计算得出第一体积;将多个独立区域分别按无花纹沟槽的形态进行三维建模并计算得出第二体积;分别计算多个独立区域的体积不饱和度;通过调整多个不同节距花纹对应独立区域的第一横向沟槽的宽度,使多个不同节距花纹对应的独立区域的胶料体积不饱和度保持一致。本发明的轮胎花纹设计方法可以使轮胎冠部厚度沿周向上保持一致,提高了轮胎的舒适性及磨损一致性。
