The invention provides a range extender body, a range extender, a range extender design method and a vehicle. The range extender body comprises a cylinder body and a cylinder cover, and a first flow channel is formed in the cylinder body; the cylinder cover is connected to the top of the cylinder body, a second flow channel is formed in the cylinder cover, and the first flow channel and the second flow channel are arranged in parallel. According to the range extender body, the range extender and the vehicle provided by the embodiment of the invention, the first flow channel is arranged in the cylinder body, the second flow channel is arranged in the cylinder cover, and the first flow channel and the second flow channel are arranged in parallel, so that functional parts of the range extender can be cooled from the position of the cylinder body and the position of the cylinder cover respectively; the length of the first flow channel and the length of the second flow channel are far smaller than the length of a cooling flow channel for connecting a cylinder body and a cylinder cover in series in the prior art, and therefore the situation that in the prior art, a cooling medium flows for a certain distance in the cooling flow channel, namely the temperature rise is high, and therefore functional parts of the range extender cannot be continuously cooled is effectively reduced. And the cooling effect of the range extender body on functional parts of the range extender is effectively improved.

    本申请提供一种增程器本体、增程器、增程器设计方法及车辆。增程器本体包括缸体及缸盖,缸体的内部形成第一流道;缸盖连接于缸体的顶部,缸盖的内部形成第二流道,第一流道与第二流道并联设置。本申请实施例提供的增程器本体、增程器及车辆,通过在缸体中设置第一流道,在缸盖中设置第二流道,使第一流道与第二流道并联设置,能分别由缸体的位置处及缸盖的位置处对增程器的功能部件进行冷却,且第一流道的长度与第二流道的长度远小于现有技术中串接缸体及缸盖的冷却流道的长度,从而有效减少现有技术中冷却介质在冷却流道中流动一段距离即升温较高而无法继续对增程器的功能部件进行冷却的情况,有效提高增程器本体对增程器的功能部件的冷却效果。
