The invention provides a pantograph rising control circuit and method of a reconnection train and the reconnection train, and can be applied to the technical field of train pantograph control. The circuit comprises a pantograph rising instruction unit used for outputting a pantograph rising instruction; the coupler state control unit is used for detecting the state of the coupler of the train to be controlled under the condition that the pantograph lifting instruction is received, and a coupler state detection result is obtained; the reconnection state control unit is used for determining that the train to be controlled is in a reconnection state under the condition of determining that the train coupler state detection result represents that the train coupler of the train to be controlled is in a coupling state, and controlling a first pantograph of the train to be controlled to be in a pantograph rising state and a second pantograph of the train to be controlled to be in a pantograph falling state under the condition of determining that the train to be controlled is in the reconnection state; wherein the first pantograph is a pantograph of a first compartment in the train to be controlled, the second pantograph is a pantograph of a second compartment in the train to be controlled, a coupler of the first compartment is in a non-coupling state, and a coupler of the second compartment is in a coupling state.
