The invention discloses a multi-fine-grained traffic flow prediction method and system for highway tunnel management and control. The method comprises the steps of collecting highway long tunnel traffic flow original data; constructing a prediction model according to the traffic flow original data; and the constructed prediction model is used to complete traffic flow prediction. According to the model, multi-source variables are sent to a multi-fine-granularity fusion prediction module for extracting multi-fine-granularity fusion features, and then the features are sent to a time-space relation feature extraction module for capturing time-space relation dependence of data samples. The method has good performance in time sequence prediction tasks, especially in multi-fine-granularity expressway long tunnel traffic flow prediction.
本申请公开了用于高速公路隧道管控的多细粒度交通流预测方法及系统,其中方法包括:收集高速公路长隧道交通流原始数据;依据交通流原始数据构建预测模型;使用构建好的预测模型完成交通流的预测。本申请模型将多源变量送入多细粒度融合预测模块用于提取多细粒度融合特征,随后将特征送入时空关系特征提取模块用于捕捉数据样本的时空关系依赖。本申请在时序预测任务尤其是多细粒度的高速公路长隧道交通流预测中有着较好表现。
