Abstract

The invention provides an early warning method and system for a tunnel emergency parking strip, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a plurality of continuous first tunnel frame images, and extracting a concerned image corresponding to the emergency parking strip; obtaining a second tunnel frame image and a third tunnel frame image, and determining whether a to-be-evaluated vehicle exists in the emergency parking strip or not through the second tunnel frame image, the third tunnel frame image and the attention image; if yes, determining the area of the to-be-evaluated vehicle as a first target area, and obtaining a second target area through the third tunnel frame image and the fourth tunnel frame image; judging whether the to-be-evaluated vehicle is static based on the first target area and the second target area; and if the vehicle is static, the vehicle is judged to be a pre-parking vehicle, and a first occupation early warning corresponding to the emergency parking strip is broadcasted. Through automatic early warning, manpower consumption is avoided, the early warning accuracy is improved, and the safety of driving in the tunnel is improved.

本发明提供一种隧道紧急停车带的预警方法及系统，方法包括：获取若干个连续的第一隧道帧图像，提取与紧急停车带对应的关注图像；获取第二隧道帧图像及第三隧道帧图像，通过第二隧道帧图像、第三隧道帧图像及关注图像确定紧急停车带内是否存在待评估车辆；若存在，则将待评估车辆的区域确定为第一目标区域，并通过第三隧道帧图像及第四隧道帧图像获取第二目标区域；基于第一目标区域及第二目标区域判断待评估车辆是否静止；若静止，则将其判定为预停车辆，并播报与紧急停车带对应的第一占用预警。通过自动化预警，避免人力消耗，且提高了预警的准确性，提升了隧道内行驶的安全性。
