Flexible curve type filter element and manufacturing method thereof
A flexible curve type filter element comprises a filter block, the filter block is formed by folding filter paper, the two ends of the filter block are bonded with end frames through polyolefin hot melt adhesive respectively, the side faces of the end frames are attached to the end faces of the filter block, each end frame comprises a folded edge, and the lower surface of each folded edge is attached to the upper surface of the filter block. Needle-punched non-woven fabric side frames are adhered to the two sides of the filter block through hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesives respectively, and the side faces of the needle-punched non-woven fabric side frames are attached to the side faces of the filter block. The needle-punched non-woven fabric side frame is made of needle-punched non-woven fabric materials and has elasticity, and the needle-punched non-woven fabric side frame and the shell are assembled in an interference mode, so that sealing is achieved. The needle-punched non-woven fabric side frame and the hot-melt pressure-sensitive adhesive have elasticity, the needle-punched non-woven fabric side frame can be bent and folded, and the needle-punched non-woven fabric side frame has a memory attribute after being bent, so that the filter element can be bent into various different angles and shapes according to the inner cavity of the shell.
