The invention discloses a method for equivalently judging vehicle stopping, which comprises the following steps of: judging whether communication with an ESP (Electronic Stability Program) is normal or not, and if so, acquiring real-time parameters for judging a vehicle stopping state based on the communication with the ESP; if not, acquiring real-time parameters of the vehicle power system; and whether the vehicle is in a stopped state is judged based on the obtained real-time parameters. The method has the advantages that the method can still be used under the conditions that the ESP breaks down and the like, the defect that the vehicle stopping state is obtained only by depending on the ESP is overcome, and when communication with the ESP breaks down and a vehicle speed signal cannot be received, it is judged that the vehicle is stopped by receiving the rotating speed signal of the output shaft of the TCU or the rotating speed signal of the motor and the rotating speed is smaller than a threshold value.
本发明公开了一种等价判断车辆停止的方法，包括如下步骤：判断与ESP的通信是否正常，若是，则基于与ESP的通信获取判断车辆停止状态的实时参数；若否，则获取的车辆动力系统的实时参数；基于获取的实时参数判断车辆是否处于停止状态。本发明的优点在于：在ESP故障等情况下仍然能够使用，避免单一依赖ESP获取车辆停止状态的缺陷，当与ESP通信故障，无法收到车速信号时，通过接收TCU输出轴转速或者电机转速信号，当转速小于阈值时，即判断车辆停止。
