The invention provides a charging control system capable of improving the accuracy of charging electricity charge information. A charging control system (21) for a battery (11) mounted on a vehicle (1) detects that the vehicle (1) is in a chargeable state at a charging point, and calculates the amount of charge until the time when the vehicle (1) is used next time in consideration of the amount of discharge until the time when the vehicle (1) is used next time. An electric charge for immediate charging and an electric charge for timed charging are calculated on the basis of an electric charge table for a charging point and a charging time, and the difference between the two electric charges is calculated and notified to a portable terminal (3) of a user.
