The invention discloses a drainage tank reserving device in the bridge deck asphalt pavement process, and particularly relates to the technical field of bridge construction.A main body of the drainage tank reserving device is pre-buried before bridge asphalt pavement and is installed in place at a time according to the designed size and position of a drainage tank, and concrete is poured between a second surface layer sealing plate and a first surface layer sealing plate; after concrete is formed, a matched water drain pipe is directly taken out and installed, convenience and rapidness are achieved, before a main body of the other section is paved with bridge deck asphalt, a formed concrete block of the section is applied to the main body and can be repeatedly used, cost is saved, the formed concrete block is lifted by a balance weight trolley, large equipment is not needed for hoisting, and the construction cost is reduced. The roller rod drives the corresponding lifting steel rope to be tensioned and lift the formed concrete blocks in the second surface layer sealing plate and the first surface layer sealing plate, the lifting steel rope is spirally wound on the roller rod in a reciprocating mode, the guide seat is driven by the sliding sleeve to rectify the position of the spirally wound lifting steel rope, and the lifting steel rope is guided to be wound on the roller rod.

    本发明公开了一种桥面沥青铺装过程中泄水槽预留装置,具体涉及桥梁施工技术领域,本发明主体在桥梁沥青铺装前进行预埋,按照设计的泄水槽尺寸及位置一次安装到位,并在面层封板二和面层封板一之间浇筑混凝土,当混凝土成型后直接取出,安装适配的泄水管,方便快捷,当另外一段的主体在铺装桥面沥青之前,将此段成型的混凝土块应用其中,可以重复使用,节约成本,并且成型后的混凝土块由配重小车提升,不需要大型设备起吊,并由辊杆带动对应的起吊钢绳张紧并将面层封板二以及面层封板一内成型混凝土块提升,起吊钢绳在辊杆上往复螺旋收卷,通过滑套带动引导座对螺旋收卷的起吊钢绳位置纠偏,引导起吊钢绳在辊杆上的收卷。
