    本发明公开了一种船舶轴系安装工艺,包括以下步骤:步骤一:将轴发定子箱与轴发转子在组合式辅助工装上进行组装;步骤二:将组装好的轴带发电机与组合式辅助工装一起安装到轴带发电机基座上;步骤三:通过螺栓、螺母将组合式辅助工装与轴带发电机基座固定;步骤四:中间轴提前悬挂于尾轴梁偏心位置,安装尾轴;步骤五:拆除第一辅助工装;步骤六:释放提前悬挂的中间轴,安装好套接法兰,最后吊装船舶主机;有益效果是,将原本在机舱内轴发定子箱与转子的安装工作提前至车间内完成,轴带发电机装配好后可以提前进舱,既不影响轴线的拉线照光,又减少了吊装作业时间和在机舱内安装轴系的时间,工艺流程简化,大幅减少了工作量。
