The counter-acting force of the force storage device after force storage can pull the hook to enable the hook to stably hook the wire, so that the situation that the rope is too loose is avoided, and the situation that the wire is unhooked when lifted due to the fact that the rope is loose is effectively avoided.

    一种高压输电线路施工用导线提线器,所述横梁的底部横向均匀开设有多个安装槽,安装槽内分别铰接有可以上下转动的线盒,线盒的内部转动连接有两个可以分别转动的缠绕轮,缠绕轮的表面缠绕有绳索,绳索的外端延伸至线盒的外端并且绳索的外端固定连接有挂钩;本装置在具体使用时可以根据需要提升的导线的数量控制相等数量的线盒向下翻转与相对应的导线对应,不用施工人员随身携带不同的提线器,在向下拉动挂钩挂住导线时,绳索可以带动缠绕轮转动并带动蓄力装置进行蓄力,蓄力装置在蓄力后的反作用力可以拉动挂钩使挂钩稳定的勾住导线,以此避免绳索过于松动的情况出现,有效避免了由于线索松动而导致在提升导线时脱钩的情况发生。
