The present application discloses an electrically and thermally conductive tire comprising a tread having a crown comprising at least one crown rubber mixture for contacting a road while driving, and at least three circumferential grooves; at least one part of the side wall and the bottom of each circumferential groove is formed by a circumferential groove reinforcing piece, the circumferential groove positioned near the center of the equator of the crown is provided with a first groove reinforcing piece, and the grooves positioned at the tire shoulder parts on the two sides are provided with second groove reinforcing pieces; the thermal conductivity, the electrical conductivity and the modulus of the first groove reinforcer and the second groove reinforcer are higher than those of crown rubber; the thermal conductivity, the electrical conductivity and the modulus of the first groove reinforcer are higher than those of the second groove reinforcer. According to the application, the groove reinforcing pieces with good electric conduction and heat conduction performance are arranged in the circumferential grooves of the tread, so that the electric conduction and heat conduction performance of the middle part of the tread and the tire shoulder area can be improved, and the rolling resistance of the tire is improved.
