Abstract

The invention relates to a derrick jacking device with a self-jacking trolley and a jacking method. The derrick jacking device comprises a derrick, a jacking bearing platform, an underframe base and a guide-in trolley. The outer wall of the holding pole is movably connected with the two ends of the jacking bearing platform; the holding pole comprises a sleeve frame structure and a standard knot; the jacking bearing platform comprises a lifting rod and a climbing claw; the chassis base comprises an introduction platform and a track, the introduction platform is detachably connected with the sleeve frame structure base, the track is arranged on the introduction platform, and the introduction type trolley is matched with the track and moves back and forth in the direction of the track; the leading-in type trolley comprises an oil cylinder frame, an oil cylinder supporting plate and an auxiliary handle, front wheels are installed below the oil cylinder supporting plate, a lifting oil cylinder is installed above the oil cylinder supporting plate, and the auxiliary handle is connected with the lifting oil cylinder to drive the oil cylinder frame to ascend and descend. The carrying vehicle with the lifting function is introduced, the operation that a hydraulic cylinder is used for lifting and descending the whole derrick is omitted, unstable factors in the whole derrick operation process are reduced, and the derrick assembling and jacking efficiency is improved.

本发明涉及一种带有自顶升小车的抱杆顶升装置及顶升方法，包括抱杆、顶升承台、底架基座以及导入小车；抱杆的外壁与顶升承台的两端活动连接；抱杆包括套架结构和标准节；顶升承台包括提升杆和爬爪；底架基座包括引进平台与轨道，引进平台与套架结构底座可拆卸式连接，轨道设置在引进平台上，导入式小车与轨道相配合，并沿轨道方向作前后移动；导入式小车包括油缸车架、油缸支撑板以及辅助拉手，油缸支撑板下方安装有前轮，油缸支撑板上方安装有升降油缸，辅助拉手连接升降油缸带动油缸车架的升降。本发明引入带有提升功能的搬运车，省去了用液压缸对抱杆整体进行提升和下降的操作，减少了抱杆整体操作过程中的不稳定因素，提高了抱杆组装顶升效率。
