The present invention relates to a hybrid vehicle capable of performing more efficient regenerative braking and a regenerative braking control method of the vehicle. A regenerative braking control method of a hybrid vehicle according to one embodiment of the present invention may comprise the steps of: determining a total braking amount when a braking demand is generated in a hybrid vehicle including: a first motor in series with an engine; the second motor is serially connected with the input end of the transmission; one end of the engine clutch is connected to the first motor, and the other end of the engine clutch is connected to the second motor; and additionally charging a battery by regenerative braking of the first motor when a state of the engine clutch is in an engaged state in consideration of the total braking amount and a charging power according to regenerative braking of the second motor is less than a charging limit power of the battery.
