The monorail hoist with the emergency braking function comprises a hanger rail body, a driving mechanism and a hanging mechanism, the hanger rail body comprises a first hanger rail and a second hanger rail, mounting and fixing mechanisms are symmetrically arranged in the middle of the upper end of the first hanger rail and the middle of the upper end of the second hanger rail, and the driving mechanism is arranged on the hanger rail body; the driving mechanism is provided with an emergency brake assembly, the hanging mechanism is installed at the lower end of the driving mechanism, and a locking mechanism is installed in the middle of the upper end of the hanging mechanism. According to the monorail hoist with the emergency braking function, a driving motor in the driving mechanism drives a driving gear to rotate, so that the driving gear moves on a rack, the contact area and friction force during moving are increased, the braking effect is good, and meanwhile, when the monorail hoist is used in cooperation with an emergency braking assembly, when braking fails, the driving gear is driven to rotate. And the driving mechanism is limited and fixed under the action of the emergency braking assembly, so that collision damage caused by too long braking distance during emergency braking is avoided, and the occurrence rate of safety accidents is reduced.

本发明公开了一种带有应急急刹功能的单轨吊车，包括吊轨本体、驱动机构和吊挂机构，所述吊轨本体包括第一吊轨和第二吊轨，第一吊轨和第二吊轨上端中间对称设置有安装固定机构，所述驱动机构设置在吊轨本体上，且驱动机构上设置有急刹组件，所述吊挂机构安装在驱动机构下端，且吊挂机构上端中间安装有锁止机构。该带有应急急刹功能的单轨吊车，通过驱动机构中驱动电机带动驱动齿轮转动，使得驱动齿轮在齿条上进行移动，从而增加移动时接触面积和摩擦力，使得刹车效果较好，同时在搭配急刹组件使用，当出现刹车失效时，在急刹组件的作用下对驱动机构进行限位固定，从而避免出现急刹时制动距离过长造成碰撞损坏，降低安全事故发生率。
