Abstract

The invention discloses a road right transaction rate adaptive calculation system and method, and the method comprises the following steps: S1, receiving video information transmitted by an image collection device through a central processing unit, and recognizing the time when a vehicle passes through a check line and the license plate ID of the vehicle; s2, calculating the average travel speed # imgabs0 # of the vehicle on the check line within the time period t; S3, detecting whether the average travel speed # imgabs1 # exceeds a first threshold value or not, if so, performing first updating on the initialized road right transaction rate gamma t, and displaying a real-time first road right transaction rate gamma 1; and S4, detecting whether the average travel speed # imgabs2 is smaller than a second threshold value or not, if so, performing second updating on the initialized road right transaction rate gamma t, and displaying a real-time second road right transaction rate gamma 2. The road right transaction road field operation video information is collected in real time through the image collection device, the road right transaction rate is dynamically adjusted according to the road average travel speed value, and the optimal road operation state is kept.

本发明公开一种路权交易费率自适应计算系统和方法，包括以下步骤：S1：中央处理器接收图像采集装置发出的视频信息，识别出车辆通过核查线时间和车辆车牌ID；S2：计算t时段内车辆在核查线的平均行程速度#imgabs0#S3：检测平均行程速度#imgabs1#是否超过第一阈值，若是则对初始化的路权交易费率γt进行第一更新，显示实时的第一路权交易费率γ1；S4：检测平均行程速度#imgabs2#是否小于第二阈值，若是则对初始化的路权交易费率γt进行第二更新，显示实时的第二路权交易费率γ2。本发明通过图像采集装置实时采集路权交易道路现场运行视频信息，并根据道路平均行程速度数值动态调整路权交易费率，保持最佳的道路运行状态。
