The invention provides a running water steering device which is installed on a vehicle body and comprises a display external assembly, an electric pointer and a motion track. The manufacturing material of the display external device comprises an electrochromic material. The movement track can conduct electricity and comprises a first movement track and a second movement track, and the first movement track and the second movement track are connected with the upper end and the lower end of the display external device respectively and located on the same side of the display external device. The electric pointers comprise the first electric pointer and the second electric pointer, the first electric pointer moves along the first movement track, and the second electric pointer moves along the second movement track. Different flowing water steering effects can be achieved, the complex flowing water steering function is achieved, and the diagnosis and maintenance cost is low.
