Abstract

The invention discloses a control method and system for transferring an ultra-large steel shell concrete immersed tube, the method adopts a wheel-rail type trolley combination and a hydraulic jack combination to form the control system, the transferring process of the ultra-large steel shell concrete immersed tube is realized through the control method provided by the invention, and the problems of high cost and high efficiency of a traditional pushing system technology are solved. The moving axis deviation of the immersed tube is effectively controlled, the work efficiency is improved, and safe, fast, reliable and environment-friendly moving construction of the immersed tube is achieved.

本发明公开了一种超大型钢壳混凝土沉管移运的控制方法及系统，该方法采用轮轨式台车组合及液压千斤顶组合构成控制系统，通过本发明提供的控制方法实现对超大型钢壳混凝土沉管的移运工艺，解决了传统顶推系统技术的高成本，使沉管移动轴线偏差有效控制，提高工效，实现沉管安全、快捷、可靠、环保移运施工。
