Abstract

The invention discloses an antifouling floating body applied to a water surface and a preparation method of the antifouling floating body, and belongs to the technical field of new materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, adding the high-density polyethylene, the anti-biological aid bag and the weather-proof master batch into the outer layer of blow molding equipment in proportion; s2, adding the high-density polyethylene and the weather-proof master batch into the inner layer of blow molding equipment in proportion; and S3, blow molding processing is conducted through double-layer blow molding equipment, and the antifouling floating body is obtained. The anti-fouling floating body can be applied to a water surface floating type power generation floating body, the anti-fouling floating body adopts a blow molding processing technology and is made of an HDPE (high-density polyethylene) material, and an anti-fouling auxiliary is added into the floating body, so that algae organisms are difficult to attach to the surface of the floating body. According to the anti-fouling floating body and the preparation method, the blow molding floating body can meet the water surface anti-fouling requirement, and fouling organism adsorption is reduced.

本发明公开了一种应用于水面的防污浮体及其制备方法，属于新材料技术领域。所述制备方法，采用步骤：S1.将高密度聚乙烯、抗生物助剂包、耐候母料按比例加入吹塑设备外层；S2、将高密度聚乙烯、耐候母料按比例加入到吹塑设备内层；S3、经双层吹塑设备吹塑加工，得到防污浮体。本发明所述防污浮体可在水面漂浮式发电浮体中应用，该防污浮体采用吹塑加工工艺，材质为HDPE材料，通过在浮体中加入防污助剂，使得藻类生物难以附着在浮体表面。本发明提供了一种防污浮体及制备方法，使得吹塑浮体满足水面防污要求，减少污损生物吸附。
