The invention belongs to the technical field of crane machining, and discloses a high-safety clean crane and machining equipment thereof.The high-safety clean crane comprises a cross beam and a hanger rail, a brushing assembly is installed outside the cross beam through the hanger rail and comprises two spraying mechanisms arranged on the front side and the rear side of the cross beam, and a mounting frame is connected to the tops of the spraying mechanisms; and a left transmission mechanism and a right transmission mechanism are movably installed in each spraying mechanism, a power assembly is connected between the two transmission mechanisms located on the left side and the right side in the two spraying mechanisms through a transmission belt, and a left cleaning pipe and a right cleaning pipe are arranged at the top of the mounting frame. Through cooperation of the spraying mechanism and the transmission mechanism, continuous painting of the inner wall of the hanger rail is automatically completed, the working efficiency is improved, and potential safety hazards of worker operation are effectively reduced.
